Volkarna Financial Services uses the four-pronged approach in assisting SMMEs access start-up, acquisition or expansion finance:

1. Ensuring Administrative Compliance with i.e. CIPC, SARS and the Dept of Labour – We screen all Applicants registration documents and always ensure that the Applicant is fully compliant before the Application for Finance gets submitted to possible Funders/Finance Institutions;

2. Industry Specific Compliance with i.e. CIDB, NCCA, NHBRC, PSIRA – We ensure that all Applicants mandatory industry specific registration documents are fully compliant and up to date before the Application for Finance gets submitted to possible Funders/Finance Institutions;

3. Business Planning and Finance Application Submission – Our dedicated team works through the Applicants Business Plan and ensure that the Instrument is Bankable and all areas of operations, and projections are adequately reflected. We also ensure that the Funding Application is not under Capitalised or Over Exposes the Applicant;

4. Mentorship Agreement after funding is awarded. Signing a Mentorship agreement is mandatory, for all Funding Applications that are approved. During mentorship and coaching sessions, we assist SMMEs to remain focus and ensure they achieve their milestones short/medium/long term, as per the Business Plan. Weekly debriefing sessions are conducted by our Accredited Business Coaches and Mentors to ensure continued viability of the funded SMMEs.
